E.L.F Under eye concealer and Highlighter

I've had this for a while now and I feel like I've had a real go at it. I was in dire need of a new concealer and decided to give E.l.f a go. I was over the moon that I could finally get my hands on some of their products on this side of the sea. So I picked up their dual ended Under eye concealer and Highlighter. I saw the highlighter as an extra bonus.

I got it in the shade fair/glow
The concealer part of it works really well. It feels a little bit wet when it first comes out but blends beautifully. It then dries down to a complete matte finish. I don't have a huge problem with dark circles. I use it just to brighten things up a bit. I would advise using a primer underneath it. In that way it lasts longer and doesn't make those fine laughinglines too visible.
The highlighting end then? Well. That one feels really wet when it first comes out and you wonder if it will ever dry down. But it does. It looks really white and milky in the bottle. It still looks a it white when it dries down. I don't know about the glitterparticles in it though. I feel like they are too big and too noticeable. I would want them more subtle and more on the glowy side rather than the glittery side. But that is a pure personal preference.

I really like the undereye part but would stay away from the highlighting end. But for the price, why argue?

Nail it Friday: Top Shop Precocious

To make things more regular an easier, I thought I would do a nail post every Friday. After a week of beating at work, Friday is the day I make my nails pretty again.
And to kick things of I'll start with the newest one in my collection. I'm somewhat of a nailpolish junkie.

It comes in a standard glas bottle with Top Shops dotted design on the cap. This one is the most beautiful bluetoned pink I have ever seen! It suits my skintone perfectly. It reminds me of the BarryM Hi-shine in consistency. It's very thick and opaque in one coat. It doesn't streak as easily but takes just about as long time to dry down as the BarryM. It's kind of gellike in appearance. I like this one a bit better. Still wish it would be a bit thinner, dry faster and spread out more evenly as it dries. On my ringfinger I decided to pu some sparkle from Depend, number 047.
Looks the same as it does in the bottle.

Do I like it? Kinda. Will I continue to use it? Absolutely!

I love..

I recently ran out of my body scrub and replaced it with something that I've had my eye on for a while. And it's supposed to smell of my two favorite berries!

I've only tried two things from the brand before. I love my bodysplash but hate the lipbalm. And the interesting thing is that it's not purely a bodyscrub. It feels like a more luxurious bodywash but with exfoliating beads in it. I think they are the seeds from raspberry and blackberry. It smells nice in the bottle, you can get a soft hint of the berries. But when you squeeze it out and use it, it smells sour. Something gives me the notion of dishwashing fluid and cleaning products. I don't know what it is but it wasn't what I expected. I don't know if it's meant to be more of a scrub than a bodywash, but to me it's more of a bodywash than a scrub. There isn't enough beads in it to feel scrubby. It is a really nice bodywash however. But for the price? No, just no. I am really disappointed in it as a whole.
200 ml 69 SEK (£6.2, $10.45 and 7.58 Euro.)

Have you tried this? What were your thoughts?

As I said..

..I felt like shopping. So I did and here they are, my new toys.
Don't they look lovely?
Maybelline recently released this little goodie. I got it in the shade Dark Blond.
I finally caved and got myself a lipcrayon. And I don't regret it one bit. It's Rimmels Color Rush in 700 Not an Illusion.
And an eyepencil. The famous Rimmel scandaleyes in black.
Maybellines concealer in the Fit me range. My shade is 15.
I just had to try one of the Apocalips. I love the bottledesign. I got it in the shade 500 Luna.
Luna to the left and Not an Illusion to the right.

Tell me if you've tried anything new lately. I love trying tnew stuff out.

Cliniderm Sensitive Comfort

I've just about had enough of my skin giving me a hard time. So I decided to spend some money on it and use one product at a time, fighting one problem at a time. Because, there is no super cream to do it all.

It comes in a plastic frosty looking container with a pump. As you can see I've used about half of it already. I try to use it both  morning and night.

This lil guy contains hyaluronic acid and a form of vitamin B3. I've seemed to have recycled the carton with all the info on. Anyway, it is supposed to battle redness in the long run, reduce discomfort and skin reactivity. It has a sibling in the line that battles it immediately and is somewhat heavier in consistency. This is a lightweight formula that sinks right in. And because of the hyaluronic acid it will bring some elasticity to your skin.

So far I haven't noticed that I am getting less red or less irritated skin. It is still the same. It reacts on everything around me. I've been using this for over a month now so I should've noticed some change. I will say this, when it does flush up, it doesn't get as bad as it used to.

No, I don't own a cat. A working incident that now makes me look like I have claw marks or scarification.

It doesn't smell of anything. Just dermatological. I'm not hating it but I'm also not loving it. I'm happy I paid half price for it and not full price, since it is kinda pricey for not being awesome!

50ml originally 229 SEK £21, $35.23 and 25.54 Euro.

Which is your holy skin grail?

Decubal basic Facewash

I promised you all review of my new true love and here it is!
It is a foamy facewash from Decubal. If you aren't familiar with Decubal it is a brand that just does skin related things for sensitive and dry skin. I hadn't tried anything from them before so I didn't know what to expect.

The bottle is a clear plastic bottle with a nice pump. It doesn't smell of anything, which is both sad and a good thing. No perfumes to irritate the skin but also no whiff of something wonderful as you wash your face. It comes out as white foam and lathers on your face. It promises to wash your face without stripping it and to put some moisture back in. It contains glycerol, which is a softening ingredient, and vitamin B5.

When I first used this I was immediately taken in at how smooth and creamy the foam felt. I've never used anything like it before! It takes of even the  most stubborn mascara without asking you if you want it to, nor does it irritate in any way. Well, it doesn't taste any good or feel nice if you get it in your eyes. But it doesn't irritate. It actually does moisturize and calms. If I have red cheeks and it feels irritated and itchy, I just wash my face with this and it all calms back down. I've never seen or experienced anything like it before!
The bad news then? I don't have a bad thing to say about it. It's lasted me a really long time and I will be sad when it's gone. I don't know where to get a new one. I bought it half price at work because they weren't supposed to carry them anymore. Hopefully I can find them online.

150ml Original price 70 sek which is £6.43, $10.75 and 7.81 euro. Divide your currency in half and you'll get what I paid for it.

Have you tried anything from the brand?

I feel like shopping!

I'm out with a massive headache todat and that flipping dizzyness again, but the weather is lovely and put me in a spring mood. Which then put me in a shopping mood and I feel like placing a massive order on feelunique. How bad is it when you again and again dream about those lipcrayons? I want one so badly in a nice color but only a few brands here carry them and they are so expensive! I've concidered this carefully and I will order one from Rimmel and maybe an apocalypsethingy lipgloss too. Oh and I desperatly need an eyecream. Enough excuses young lady, get your bum out of bed, make some breakfast and start that pc! Oh I feel like a mangosmoothie but I don't have any fruits or yoghurt at home. Boo..

What did you guys have for breakfast? Any product recommendations for me?
